This is FANTASTIC
Just came across this article from our good friends over at Earth911.com . That site is one great site, staying ahead of the game with information involving the earth. This one touches me right through the heart. I grew up near the ocean, the smell, the sound, the clear blue water. I was lucky as a child to be raised near the water and miss it today.
This is a FANTASTIC, beyond Great Idea, a surfer has decided to take the issue of trash on the beashes to a new end. The surfer has started a company to make surf boards from trash on the beash. GREAT GREAT GREAT Idea. They are reusing glass , plastics and more that are washing ashore, and making some of the most beath taking surf boards. I can't think of anything better, keep up the great work, go check them out!!!

Goowill stores now allowing to buy in bulk?
Its true, now after every donation to there individual locations. If a item does not sell there after a four week run. The item is sent to a outlet store were customers can buy items in bins at bulk prices by the pound.
Anyway to reuse and resell used items that wont end up in landfills is good for me :-)

Captain Planet TV show back?
Just came across on earth911 that captain planet may be back. I remember that show! It was a cartoon of a man teaching kids how to save the planet. It was a not bad cartoon, i watched it when i was a kid. I think anything more to teach children to recycle is all the better.

Green Cleaners
New Green cleaners , this idea should be more practiced. When growing up one of the most important lesson a child will tell you. My parents told us dont mess with the cleaners under the cabinet. As we all know, every houshold has them. They help mom or dad keep the countertops sparkling or the bugs off the dorr handles. In the past parents had to always worry there children wouldnt get in to the chemicals in the bottles under the sink. Thanks to companies like clorox or whole foods. Parents can feel alittle easier if the young one stumbles into the cabinet. New non toxic cleaners are hitting the market and becomming a new blessing from the creators of cleaners.
